Fátima was born in Macau on May 26, 1956. She was a mother, wife, widow, sister, daughter, grandmother, cousin, aunt, niece, friend. She taught her two daughters to love life, to be happy and to listen to their hearts, and always follow their dreams. She loved sunshine, beaches, unicorns, teddy bears, dolls, films, eating out, and reading. Her family was her everything, and her four-year-old granddaughter was treasured by her. After almost five years battling breast cancer, she passed away at the young age of 57, in February, 2014, at St John's Hospice (Sue Ryder) in Moggerhanger, Bedfordshire.
